By default, your business address is not shown on your receipts but you can turn it on if desired.
Editing the information shown on your receipts:
1) Go to the "Account & Settings" screen in the app via the 3 lines icon in the top right of the app
2) Scroll down and select "Receipt setup"
Edit your business name, address and VAT number as required. To edit specific fields, select "Name" or "Address," make the necessary changes, and tap "Confirm" or "Update" to save.
4) Toggle on/off options as required:
'show address' if you want your business address to show on your receipts. When the 'show address' option is toggled off, your business address will no longer appear on customer receipts, but other details like your business name will remain visible.
'Auto print receipt' if you have connected a printer and want to automatically print a receipt as soon as the payment completes.
Adding your logo to your receipts:
1) Go to the "More" screen in the app via the grey icon either in the top right or bottom right corner (depending on your app version)
2) Scroll down and select "Branding"
3) Select the "Upload" section within the box. You will need to either go into your library and choose an image from here, or take a picture to upload.
4) After you choose the image you wish to use, you can pinch the image to adjust the area selected (change angle, zoom in/out). Once you're happy with the area selected, press "Done".
5) Lastly, confirm the image showing is what you want your customers to see and press "Update". The image will now be live for customers to see at the point of payment.
Please ensure you have a high quality image of your logo or business (for example, your store front or product) saved locally on your smart phone.

What happens if I hide my business address?
