Steps to change the language on your Business Terminal

Whether you're looking to make things more comfortable for your team or customers, or just feel like switching things up, we've got you covered. Follow these simple steps to customise the language settings on your Lopay Business Terminal:

  1. Open the Lopay app and tap on "More"

  2. Next, select "Device Settings". You’ll be asked for a PIN—enter 07139

  3. Now, tap "Language"

  4. Scroll through the list of languages and pick the one that makes you feel at home. Enter 07139 again when prompted

Can I switch back to my original language?

Absolutely! Just return to the Language settings any time, and you can pick your original language or try out something new. Feel free to change it as much as you like!

Will changing the language mess with my settings or transactions?

Changing the language will only change what you see on the screen. Your settings, transactions, and everything else will stay exactly the same. It’s like a makeover for your terminal, without the hassle.

What languages can I choose from?

We’ve got quite the selection! You’ll be able to scroll through a variety of languages. If you don’t see your preferred language, give us a shout, and we’ll see what we can do to help.

I can’t find the "Language" option

First, make sure your Business Terminal is up to date (we’re always adding cool new features). If that doesn’t work, try restarting the terminal. If you’re still stuck, our support team is just a call or click away!
