With a Lopay Standard Account you can pause or cancel automatic payouts and manually trigger payouts to your connected bank account as and when you want to maximise the funds available to spend via your Lopay Expense & Reward Card.
To pause or cancel automatic payouts:
1. Ensure you are on our Standard Account - you can see this named under your balance at the top of app home page. If not, please follow the steps below to change your account.
2. Tap the three dots beside your balance on the app homepage
3. Select 'Pause payouts' (if you want to be able to toggle on/off your schedule frequently) or 'Scheduled payouts' and then select 'Cancel Existing Schedule' to fully cancel any scheduled payouts.
You can then trigger an ad hoc payout whenever you need via the Activity screen.
How to change your Account Type:
1. Tap your balance on your app home page to open your 'My Account' page
2. Select the 'Need to change account type?' link at the bottom of the page
3. Choose from the 3 account types displayed and select Confirm
