Generating a unique QR Code is another way to take an in-person payment with just your phone. Your customer will need to use their phone to pay. Please see the steps below for more details.
1) Open the Lopay app and select the "Charge" tab (2nd icon at the bottom)
2) Enter the relevant payment amount and press "Charge".
3) Select "Present QR code" from the menu of options.
4) Present your customer the QR code that appears for them to scan. Your customer will need to scan the QR code with their phone camera and click the link that appears. They will then be taken to a payment page where they can enter their card details or click Apple/Google Pay to complete the payment.
Please note: The payment will likely require additional verification by the cardholder in order to complete - this is usually done via their mobile banking app or a pop up from their bank.
5) Once the payment has been made you will receive a payment confirmation pop-up.
