If you have more than one business, you can manage them all from one Lopay account. Create multiple accounts under your one login and move easily between these accounts. This allows you to take payments for different businesses and receive payouts into different bank accounts.
How to create an additional account
Open the Lopay app and go to the "Account and Settings" screen in the app via the ☰ (three lines) icon in the top right.
Scroll down and select 'Add a new business' (under business settings)
Enter the details of the account you wish to set up. Once you are happy with the details of your new business, please select 'Continue' at the bottom of the screen.
You have now added your new account. Once you return to the Home page (1st icon at the bottom), you will see your merchant name displayed, showing you are in that business' profile.
You now need to complete setup for your new account - as with any other accounts, this will require identity verification and further business details as well as adding your bank account and selecting your payout schedule.
How to switch between accounts
1. Open the Lopay app and go to the "Account and Settings" screen in the app via the ☰ (three lines) icon in the top right.
2. Select the grey 'switch business' button on the right just under the title.
3. Select the account from the list that shows.
How to delete an additional account
1. Open the Lopay app and go to the "Account and Settings" screen in the app via the ☰ (three lines) icon in the top right.
2. Select the grey 'switch business' button on the right just under the title.
3. Press and hold down on the account that you'd like to delete and select "Delete" when it shows.
