If you have more than one business, you can manage them all from one Lopay account. Create multiple 'merchant accounts' under your one login and move easily between these merchants. This allows you to take payments for different businesses and receive payouts into different bank accounts.
How to create an additional merchant
Open the Lopay app and go to the 'More' tab (5th icon in the menu at the bottom)
Scroll down and select 'Create new merchant'
Enter the details of the account you wish to set up. Once you are happy with the details of your new business, please select 'Continue' at the bottom of the screen.
You have now added your new business. Once you return to the Home page (1st icon at the bottom), you will see your merchant name displayed, showing you are in that business' profile.
You now need to complete setup for your new account - as with any other accounts, this will require identity verification and further business details as well as adding your bank account and selecting your payout schedule. If you need more help setting up your new merchant please see here.
How to switch between merchants
1. Open the Lopay app and go to the 'More' tab (5th icon in the menu at the bottom)
2. Scroll down and you will now see the option 'switch merchant', please select it.
3. Here you will see the accounts you have set up. To switch to a different merchant, please just select the business you want to view.
How to delete an additional merchant
1. Open the Lopay app and go to the 'More' tab (5th icon in the menu at the bottom)
2. Select "Switch Merchant".
3. Press and hold down on the account name that you'd like to delete and select "Delete".
