Whether you've set up an account incorrectly or a no longer need your Lopay account, you can close your account within the app at any time.
You should never pass your Lopay account on to someone else. The account owner who completed identity verification is liable for any disputes / chargebacks incurred by payments taken through your account.
How to delete your account:
Open the "More" tab (last icon at the bottom) in the Lopay app
Scroll down and select "Profile"
Select "Delete account" at the bottom
The deletion process takes 30 days - you can stop it by logging in anytime during this period.
If there is a specific reason you're considering deleting your account, please get in touch with our Support Team first - we'd love to understand more and change your mind if possible!
Managing multiple accounts:
If you have multiple accounts under one email address you can delete an unwanted account via the steps below:
1. Select the "More" tab at the bottom of the app.
2. Select "Switch Merchant".
3. Press and hold down on the merchant account you'd like to delete and select "Delete".
