Lopay Web Portal

Accessing your Lopay account from a computer/desktop

The Lopay Web Portal provides a version of your Lopay app that you can access from your desktop computer.

To access the new portal go to lopay.com and click Login in the top right corner, or by go straight to https://portal.lopay.com.

Please use the email address associated with your Lopay account to login.

The Portal is evolving and we’ve more features coming soon. Currently, once logged in, you can:

  • View and export reportsLearn more here

  • Create and manage Payment LinksRead how it works

  • Create and manage products in your Lopay Point of Sale ('shop' screen)

For the full Lopay experience and access to all features, we recommend using the Lopay app on your mobile or tablet. Just search Lopay in your app store to download.

View or export reports in the Web Portal

  1. Select from the reports available under Reporting in the left-hand menu

  2. Filter by day, week, month, or financial year using the dropdown menu at the top of the page.

Note: You can only view or download reports and statements from the past 12 months and your financial year end can only be set once.

Create and manage payment links in the Web Portal

  1. Click Payment Links from the left-hand menu

  2. Select + Add

  3. Enter the description and amount

  4. Click Create

You’ll see all created links and their statuses in your portal.
